She uses the C-word and talks about how his music makes her all wet - and if she doesn't get turned on by his rape/kill spree music then she gets fighting mad. The rest of us will rave about the evil, the smut, and the humor this manga wraps up into a not-so-pretty package. If you're easily offended by such then put the book down, wash your hands, and hope your god doesn't smite you where you stand.
